	Select suitable search engine - google and yahoo are good for finding products and services, while MSN is good for finding general information.
	For keyword phrase specific searches use "keyword phrase", this will give you results with the whole phrase not individual words.
	If searching definition for x use "x is"; use "x can be/is used" if searching for uses of x.
	If searching for locality-depend products/services also include the place name in your searches.
	When searching for freelancers or work at home types, it is better to search on google blog search or some of its kind than on general search engines.
	If you are searching for 'new companies' offering certain services, then MSN is the best. If you are for the other side then google is the best.
	Download google toolbar and enable page rank option. Google page rank generally corresponds the worthiness of the page.
	It is good to search on big directories, like demoz or alexa for finding companies offering quality services/products than searching on search engines. And it is always better to search on wikipedia for finding definitions.
